As a young and agile company in the personnel sector, we have been successfully focussing on the placement of nursing staff in general practice in Germany for several years.

Our experience
Even before Novicare GmbH was founded, the company had several years of experience in the care sector. The area of ‘placement of EU carers’ was always present, and the aim at the time was to create a solution, but many potentials simply remained unrealised.
We have recognised and solved the problem. The development of our placement concept has taken us a lot of hard work and energy, but we can claim that we now have one of the best concepts for placement in the German care sector, tailored to the personal and professional wishes and expectations of EU carers.
